Vision
To establish and maintain a culture within every local church of healthy discipleship, learning, empowerment and practical opportunities to serve.
Through the accessibility of the Life and Leadership Academy, equip men and women, young and old to exercise growing skills in self leadership to make their life count as an agent of change in their immediate world.
Why?
Followers of Christ need to be led and churches need to be established in many towns where there is no evangelical / charismatic spiritual home.
To encourage and teach individuals how to carry leadership and responsibility well, and so increase their circle of influence.
How?
By reflecting God's heart and believing in the God given gifts in every individual and enabling access to the Life and Leadership Academy for everyone who has the desire to attend.
By offering high quality mentoring and ongoing coaching through experienced leaders.
